Your drop shipping from Sri Lanka this is against ebay policy. You must have received a warning letter from ebay stating the reason for suspension? You're not able to receive PayPal payments either. Your only feedback suggests your buyer received wrong item.  Don't drop ship on ebay make sure you know the ebay policy and rules.
