what a DISASTER we have 5000 items and we are restricted from what and when we want to put items on SALE due to this nonsense 14 day rule all our items are 30 days and all are set on Auto relist if the item dosn't sell but when it relist's now it's recognized as a new listing and has to wait 14 Days what a joke 

ebay please wake up it's the same item's that have  been in active for a month or two months or more

HELLO IT'S NOT a new item .

also we are in the clothing industry how stupid does't look i have a size medium on SALE and the exact same shirt in size Large is regular price because it did not go in the 14 day nonsense rule.

ebay please Listen to all your loyal and hard working seller's our business is down by 60% do to this nonsense its our merchandise its our inventory its our Money WE should decide what and when we want to run a SALE NOT EBAY

WHAT A JOKE for God's sake put back the mark down manager the way it was and let us all run our business our way we are all slowly sinking with this change and we all need help.

all sellers please keep posting keep calling keep complaining maybe just maybe someone at ebay with some retail experience and some knowledge about retail and sales will Listen people love and want to buy stuff on sale all the time

I agreed with westsidezone. When I first know about this nonsense 14 days rule, I thought it was because I am still a new seller. TWO years later, this 14 days rule still alive!

I am in total agreement. I have called ebay twice about this ludicrous restriction and have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time to try and talk to a representative. RIDICULOUS! Ebay is so concerned about buyers and buyers rights that they have not thought about helping us sellers. I have had a store for many years and struggle to keep Top Rated status with 100% feedback, but I do, in spite of ebays silly rules and regulations. Without us sellers, there would be no buyers! Wise up you ebay dictators. What gives you the right to; dictate when I put something on sale...What price to sell it at...or just control my items? As long as I'm not lying or cheating anyone, ebay should stay out of my business! I've been selling on ebay for 18 years. If I was not an honest seller, I would have been out of business years ago. I remain a Top Rated seller in spite of the ebay "Elite regulators" that like to keep changing the rules and formats. Give us back the old Mark Down Manager, quit putting on more restrictions and stay out of our business. It's unfortunate that ebay has an almost monoploly on on line autions.

I totally agree. I finally got a message that they changed it back to the old way. About time! And of course after they message me "Items are in the cart. Drop your price 5% and make the sale". Works once in awhile, but why do it one at a time. More and more ebay wastes my time with nonsense.
