Yes, you can add videos. 

I saw a listing a couple days ago with an "authenticity guarantee" video, which means you can too.

I add videos sometimes and it works really well to show item details or condition.  Here is a brief summary of how I do it. I record my video with my phone. I use the youtube app to upload the video to my youtube account. Then publish video and copy the link to it. Go to flipperstools website and find their HTML creator tool. Paste the address to your YT video in the tool and it will generate the code needed. When creating your listing there is a HTML tab where you copy and paste the code. Sounds very complicated but its very simple.
