You have only been signed on to Ebay less than 2 weeks. Have you you even been approved to sell by Ebay or are you just asking questions to ask questions? You can't even use the listing tool until you've been approved to sell. Are you attending the seller school? If you are it's best you do your own research instead of asking the same questions that others from SL are asking and they are not selling yet either.
Many feel these constant same constant questions are disruptive. It is important to be respectful on this forum. This is not a playground. People here volunteer their time and help and they do not get paid to do it. It's not right when you post the same questions over and over, yet you aren't even selling yet. There are people who ARE selling here who have real genuine issues and need our help.
This is what you need to do:
Link your bank account to Payoneer.
Register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business. Very important.
Obtain a business license.
In a few weeks, sometimes longer, Ebay will send you an email saying that you are approved.
These are requirements and protocols for all sellers.
Once you've been approved you can start selling.
Follow the advise of others who have posted here.
