listing server is down

Is anyone else having issues. When I try to make a listing, it says "it's not you, it's us... server is down".

EVERYTHING is down. My impressions and page views are down 50-75% every single day this week. eBay is broken and no one works here anymore. It is literally the wild west. Start listing on other sites. It appears they have zero interest in fixing anything here.

Why do you have 2000+ things listed on a site that is broken with no employees working there?
