Re: listing help

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you wish to do, but the last thing I want to tell my buyers is that I will refund without a return.   I do understand doing that once in awhile, but I wouldn't want to advertise it to everyone.

I'm surprised any seller would want to advertise they will refund without requiring a return. It's advertising to scammers and opportunists more than it is advertising CS to honest buyers. My two cents.

Re: listing help

I wouldn’t do that. You’d be setting yourself up to give away your items for free. You may as well be saying, “ Hey I’ll pay you back to take this item.

Re: listing help

I just flashed on The Lucy Show's 'Lucy and the Bean Queen' episode. Remember the Bailey's Beans' guarantee that they'd be "The Best Beans You Ever Ate Or DOUBLE Your Money Back!" You don't want to do that, @bargen_babe.

Re: listing help

So....you want to create a template to attract scammers and create nightmares for yourself?

Re: listing help

As others have noted, your proposed offer is just asking for trouble.  IMHO you should offer "Seller pays for return shipping" and then if a buyer asks to return the item, THEN you can tell them to keep it instead of returning it. That way, you'll get requests only from buyers who would have been willing to send the item back, and not those who want to just keep it.

Sorry, I refuse to help you do that to yourself 🙂

Re: listing help

How does that make sense? Why not just tell buyers that all they have to do to get a refund is open an item not as described case regardless of the actual condition of the item? They will keep the item and will have gotten it for free.

PS:  And now that I see your prices, I am even more puzzled.  You have to be already losing money.
