Are there any other sellers that find some of the  item specifics requirements we are required to fill in are unnecessary and a waste of time?

I can half agree. Most of the documents are protects us and also customers from frauds and errors.

Following is the e-mail I received from ebay  yesterday:

As previously announced, new item specifics will be required on February 22, 2022 in the following categories: 
 

Collectibles & Art
Jewelry
Musical Instruments
Parts & Accessories
Sporting Goods

You can add these new item specifics now as you list. After February 22, you won’t be able to publish new, relisted, or revised listings in the above categories without the required item specifics.
