A buyer is trying to buy an item from me, it is a vinyl/rubber aquarium ornament. He got a message from ebay that the item cannot be delivered to the UK. I don't get it, I have ship using global shipping checked, with no restrictions. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks

Tell buyer they will have to find it else were: you lose a sale but do not have to risk problems due to such.

Oh and if an item not listed in the restricted section of global does make it to their center, it still may not be delivered due to import restrictions.

Looked at the listing in question. The problem might be the word 'aqua' in the title. UK keyword might restrict it from coming over. I can say that similar issues occur with UPS keyword filters. It's just a guess since you are using Global Shipping. I hope this helps.

I looked at several of your vinyl/rubber aquarium ornaments, and all of them only had shipping to the USA. None of them had GSP shipping available.

Whichever one the buyer is interested in, revise it and add GSP shipping. If that doesn't work, let us know which item number is involved.
