insuffient address

Hello, a package has been returned to me due to insufficent address. How do refund buyer.  I c no "Drop down" that covers this and have never had to do this before.  thanks

Click on Cancel and select problem with address as the reason.  The cancel option is in the drop down menu next to the item and it will also refund the buyer.

Otherwise, you can ask the buyer if he still wants the item and send them a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping to the correct address.

you will need to go to the"orders" section of seller hub

find, look up the listing and then you can use the arrows on the left for more selections and just click on cancel.

you will also need to pick out a reason, it will not go thru if you dont pick one out

Why are you in such a hurry to refund the buyer?  I would first secure the package and advise the buyer through eBay messages what has occurred and ask how they want to handle the situation.  I would then await there reply.  If the buyer replies and wants to cancel the transaction and receive a refund, only then would I consider issuing a refund.
