incorrect registered addrress

I am in the UK but for some reason my registered address is shown as China .My street address is correct just have China instead of UK. This means when I try to post an item for sale it shows the item location as China and not UK. When I try to correct this I get a message to say it's not possible at this time. I have tried contacting ebay on this and got nowhere.Anyone have an idea how to deal with this.

Go into your Account Settings and correct all of the Address fields. Hopefully, that will help...

Your seller profile shows UK, but your feedback page shows China.

Hi all

I have been able to correct all addresses except for my registered addrress which I think is locked by ebay. I have been in contact with ebay about it ,with promises of getting back to me but this never happens. I'm hoping someone knows a work around.

Are you trying when you are signed in on the UK?  right now, I think you are probably signed into US....since this is the US board.........  I'd ask the question on the UK board.

Your registered address is UK - no need to change that

You need to change your location address:

My eBay > Account > Addresses > Click Edit beside Registration Address >  You will be prompted to sign in again > Scroll to the bottom > Personal Info - EDIT

@peter6ft3   Before doing the above ^^^^  log out of ebay.com and back into ebay.com.uk
