incomplete kyc

Its been almost 1 month, there is absolutely no communication from ebay regarding my seller registration and KYC verification. 

And absolutely no way to communicate to ebay from India. Can someone help here? 

There seems to be some global trade limit applied, owing to incomplete verification of KYC. 

Any help is appreciated.

We are also struggling with the same issue. 
Not sure how to contact Ebay, it's still showing as KYC Verification incomplete.

what happens when you click "here" does it ask for the documents as if they've never been submitted?

Hi, on the eBay dot com site, there is no email or chat feature to contact Customer Service. You have to call. Since you are international, you might try eBay’s Twitter or their Facebook. Post your issue there and ask for someone to reach out to you. I’ve heard that they are receptive to sellers who have problems and cannot call for whatever reason.
