After new listing update html description not working

Perhaps you have been already enrolled in ebay's new listing tool, where they got rid of html formatting (as I understand it from other posts)

If you are saying that when you go to edit or add a Description using the new listing tool, you can no longer find an option to edit the raw HTML directly.

It's there, you just have to click Show All Options, and then you will see a 'Show HTML Code' option.

We have noticed that the new listing tool, while it does allow the html editing via the "show all options" and the "show html code" option, is still removing or changing some formatting to some of the code and therefore making some of the listing parts distorted or hidden.
