how to you get to talk with a real person at ebay

Is there some way to get a real person to talk to on ebay.  In the past I could call and talk with a representative, today the only thing I can do is message and they said "will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours".

When you click on the help icon at top of screen follow through the prompts and finally at the bottom right of screen a chat box will appear continue answering then finally a call me back will pop up

you will receive a phone call

it takes a little doing but you will get to it

You need to get the message chat box open bottom right hand corner then follow through

You can't call eBay anymore.  You have to request a 'call back' so they can call you.  Phone numbers found for eBay on the internet now, are often redirects to scammers and should not be used.
