how do i get feedback removed?

there was a 'case', and now it's closed. i was in the right. got an email from ebay saying "The case will not affect your seller performance. Any feedback left for this transaction will be removed." but it's been 2 days now and his ridiculous negative feedback is still there. what do i do?

Call ebay.  The should be able to remove it and it will go away in 5 minutes.

Why bother spending much time on the matter?  Your feedback is fine.  And others will also see the neg as ridiculous.
