i sold the item 135286600601 and i received Order earning $94.35 and i received payouts $67.81 today but the system says i owed -$1.53 why?

You can click 'all transactions' in the payments tab of Seller Hub to see all your expenses.
It could be a label underpayment adjustment from USPS. That would be shown on the shipping labels page of Seller Hub too.
