That just means the person changed their mind or found another one cheaper. Nothing you can do except block the I.D. and hope others come along and continue the bidding process.

Bidder changed his mind.

HI!
I think that is because someone bid the wrong amount or changed their mind, so they cancelled the bid.

A retraction means the bidder cancelled his bid. This is not a reflection on you, and you don’t need to do anything. It is just a notice from eBay to inform you why the bid disappeared from an active auction.

If you click on the item and then the number of bids, you can see the reason why the bidder retracted the bid. It may or may not be the truth. No worries, just carry on.

Hi again. Was looking at your listings and noticed the item entitled “Traditional Kardoune of Algeria Quality 100% Traditional Berbères Original 3 M”.
Just wanted to let you know that Americans don’t use the metric system, so the “3 M” is almost meaningless (except there is a USA brand known as 3M). Very few people here will recognize that this is an abbreviation for 3 meters. At least, that is what i am guessing it means? It would be helpful to add measurements that include the item’s length and width in inches and/or feet.
I would also add the words “ribbon” and maybe something like “hair tape” to the title. I didn't know what this item was, which is how it caught my attention, and had to Google it. Again, consider that this is an American market you listed in and many are not familiar with this item. Both the description and Item Specifics didn't have enough identifiers. So as this is a traditional Algerian product, some explanation of its purpose and more recognizable keywords would help get it sold.
You might also rethink your category choice which is currently Hair Loss Treatment. I don’t think many shoppers looking for ribbon or even hair straighter will find it there. I understand why you selected it, as it is traditionally used to tame one’s hair. But you could be missing out on sales from buyers wanting hair ribbons, or ribbon in general.
Anyway, just food for thought. Good luck and wish you much success on eBay.

It may be that the bidder didn't notice the shipping cost when they bid on the item. A number of your items have low opening starting bid prices but the shipping from Algeria to the U.S. is rather high. Possible that once they saw the total cost they decided to retract their bid.
