international buyer purchased item in march thru GSP. complains 2 months later he never received it. tracking shows it was not delivered. ebay would handle this except..he has not filed a claim even though i have asked him to. instead he goes to PayPal. therefore ebay has no knowledge of his claim.
called ebay to correct the problem & to no surprise you cannot reach a live person.
one of the largest e commerce sites on the planet can't manage to maintain a call center. ridiculous.
any ideas?
