finding a seller

I have a question, and I know it's been asked before but I still can't seem to figure it out. I am trying to find another seller on ebay.  when I search it says no such name exists. I've confirmed it them and still its not working.   Do they currently need to be selling an item in order for their name to come up?  I appreciate any help I can get on this.   The seller is retrobean

Advanced Search, upper right.  Search by seller.

They have no current listings.  Most recent sale was in June.
