EBAY IS ALWAYS PROTECTING THE BUYER AND NEVER THE SELLER. THAY CAN SAY ANYTHING THEY WANT TO AND EBAY WILL POST IT IN THE FEEDBACK. THEY WILL NOT US RETURN FEEDBACK ABLOUT WHAT HAPPEN. ALLWAYS MAKING US SELLERS LOOK BAD.

I am a buyer. I always look at the seller's feedback ~ especially if they're less than %100. I'm always interested when I see a seller has responded to negative feedback. If it looks to me like the seller gave the buyer a "nasty" reply? Sorry I'm not buying. I'm moving on.
