How often can a buyer/seller REPLY to initial feedback?

Once per feedback.

Since a seller can only leave positive for a buyer there is really no need for a buyer to respond. If you cheat and leave a "false positive" the buyer can have it removed.

The seller can respond once to a buyer's feedback. The buyer can then respond to the seller's feedback and then that is the end of it.

So whatever you say in response be aware that the buyer gets a chance to rebut your comment and you can not then defend it. So be sure before you respond.

Feedback replies should be geared to encourage future buyers not to slap back the buyer who left the feedback. Some sellers leave such scathing follow ups they look worse than the original feedback.

Each member leaving feedback may post 1 rating with comment   and one follow-up.  The follow-up can be posted at any time - even years later.
