Re: fair

It looks like you are drop shipping. That gives you no control over your inventory=failure.

"...without seller there would be no buyers..."

The first Rule of Business

(true even in Ancient ancient times..)

Sellers can spring up anywhere.. anywhere at all.. with anything they fancy to offer.

No guarantee they'll attract anyone at all.

However

if there's buyers with money.. who obviously want Something

Soon will follow, Many sellers .. who wish to take their money..

by providing them ... That Something.

Ya but without buyers, there's no need for sellers.

No buyers, no money for Ebay.

There will always be sellers, but buyers are a little harder to keep around.

Have a great day.

Re: fair

I don't know... it's pretty amazing to me that the OP was doing great with no issues till this month, then boom... boom... boom... and ALL for the same item.

Very strange.

Chaos is NOT an "industry standard".

I have tried to get people to join me, but everyone else is so anti-eBay that they refuse to see the bright side in anything...

Leopold scopes are counterfeited a lot.

Looks like the OP is either dropshipper or trying their hand at arbitrage.

Re: fair

What do you mean by stick together?  For what purpose?

From what I see of what you've written and your feed back, it appears you have a mission of sales prevention. May  I suggest you address your negative feed back if you wish to attract and retain buyers.

Re: fair

Even odder is the consistent word used to describe said problem. That's a HUGE red flag in my book as to the intent behind the post.

@larralbritto_0

Is this in regards to the 3 negatives you've received recently in which all claim the item to be counterfeit?  Instead of generalizing about eBay's treatment of different groups so broadly it would have helped to have been specific and then post an image proving those items are in fact authentic.

This is assuming, of course, it's the negatives you received for counterfeit items that set this in motion.

Maybe I've just been lucky (knock on wood).  But in the past year my problem sales have equaled about 1% of all sales, that's TWO buyers.  One insisted the item was not as described, had a fit about me asking for photos before I issued the return postage.  She then couldn't manage to print the postage and left negative feedback which Ebay promptly removed and closed the case in my favor after the return time expired.  The second buyer said the item was damaged.  I issued a return label (after photos) and reminded him to return the item twice, he never did and decided to keep it after all, but left neutral feedback.

My point, the number of really terrific buyers I've encountered FAR outweigh the bad.  There's some level of risk in every business.  Higher volume and dollar amounts may result in somewhat higher risk.  As far as Ebay support, I haven't had an issue YET.  And I hope I didn't just jinx myself.

Consider your volume and net dollar positive in relation the negative, as well as any responsibility that may be yours.  Perhaps Ebay isn't always the monster.

YOU CAN'T TELL ME THAT IT IS EVEN CLOSE,THE BUYER IS TREATED BETTER

I have not seen anyone here try to tell you otherwise. It is obvious that buyers are treated better than sellers on eBay. This has been true for at least 10 years now, and I do not think anyone would dispute that.

without seller there would be no buyers

Without all sellers, there would be no buyers. But without some sellers, eBay will do just fine. In fact, they have proven that to be the case for over a decade now.

LETS STICK TOGETHER AND LET EBAY KNOW

How exactly are you proposing that we "stick together" and what are you hoping to accomplish by doing that? Vague platitudes won't change anything.

Hi, sorry to hear of your difficulty.

Pardon me for saying so, but you have no way of knowing for certain that what your supplier sent was genuine or fake. A communication from your supplier claiming the items are not counterfeit does not verify the item’s authenticity.
