Anyone else having trouble signing up for express payouts. I have tried repeatedly and keep getting a message. We ran into trouble. Try again later. Called eBay Monday and lady said others are having trouble and to try back in 24 hours. Tried again today, Wednesday, and still the message. Called eBay again....more **bleep**. I have a debit card and my account is business on eBay (not personal). Getting really frustrated. Of course what else is new around here.

@mam98031 When you try to go through the process for payment on demand, is there an error message that you are running into? And @fancycolors I heard back from our Payments Team and they said for the debit card to be eligible for payouts it must be a Visa or Mastercard that is with a bank that has brick and mortar locations. At this time it cannot be a debit card that is an online only financial institution such as PayPal.

If you do Daily Payouts, you can't sign up for Express Payouts.

I always did weekly payouts and when I called eBay said I had to do either semi-monthly or monthly. I changed to monthly and it still won't let me do it. I am trying to use a Paypal business debit. I am also signed up as business account on ebay. Puzzling?????

You are trying to use a PP debit card for what exactly?
Interesting why that option isn't showing for you. It should.
You don't have to be doing monthly payments for this to work. Weekly, Bimonthly, monthly will work.
I think you are correct, the option is not available right now for some reason. I just checked on my account and I can't find it anywhere. Per the policy, it is as follows.
If you’re on a weekly, biweekly or monthly payout schedule, you’ll also have the option to request your available funds to your linked checking account at any time. If you’re on daily payouts, you won’t be able to request your available funds on demand, as you already have our fastest option.
You can request your available funds in the Payments tab by selecting withdraw. You can request all available funds at once, or choose an amount. Processing funds and funds on hold can’t be requested. Your bank will then typically make funds available to you in 1-3 business days.
If you request a payout to your Visa or Mastercard debit card, funds typically arrive in 30 minutes or less, with an additional 1.5% fee on the payout amount (minimum fee $0.25, maximum fee $15). This fee is deducted from your payout total at the time the funds are transferred.
Has the Payment on Demand been removed for some reason? I can't find it anywhere. Please advise.

For me no as there simply is no place in which I can ask for one. I am on biweekly payouts, so the option should be there.

Where exactly is the button you press to do a payout on a visa debit card on eBay in payouts?..for it to arrive in 30 minutes or less? I signed up for it...gave a copy of my banking statement to eBay and I never heard from anyone since.

By the way,
My bank is a brick and mortar(Wells Fargo) location and a Visa debit card. Still haven't gotten any information after sending information including a bank statement.

Makes no sense to me. I always use my Paypal debit card and it takes 3 to 5 days to transfer to it from my bank. So all told it takes me about 5-6 days to get money to Paypal. Crazy ebay thinking again. But thank you. I won't keep wasting my time trying to do it. You would think eBay would tell me what you did and not just say "Try again." ?????

@mam98031 On Seller Hub under the Payments tab there should be the option under the "What's New" section as seen in the photo.

You sign up for Managed Payments, but you do not sign up for express payouts. It is simply an option if you have weekly or longer payout periods, as described in Post #4.

Well not exactly. Instead of putting the option for an express payout under the Payout Settings under Payments in the Seller hub, It appears under Summary about half way down the page.
Honestly sometimes I seriously have to question who makes these decisions. Not disrespect towards you at all, I know you are just sharing info with me.
But the not only don't tell you where you really find those fields you pictured in your last post, but they put them on the Summary Page half way down the page. Not only is it not even logical to have it on this page, they put in down lower on the page so most are not even likely to see it.
These options should be on the Payout Setting page.

@mam98031 this is not true. You do have to sign up for express payouts.
There's a whole process you have to go through to verify the debit card and your funds may be on hold for 48 hours during that time. If you don't go through that process and "sign up", you won't have the option.
Full details: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/setting-changing-payment-method/update-bank-...
First you'll need to make sure you are not on the daily payout schedule - go to Payout settings to change to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly if needed.
Then click the blue button devon@ebay mentioned in the What's New section of the Payment Summary page.
You'll get a pop up with info about the feature and then click Get Started
Then you'll enter the debit card info and billing address and the next screen has your settings so you can select if you want to use express payout only on demand or if you want to set it to be the default method for your scheduled payouts as well.
You may be asked to verify your existing bank account or eBay may use microdeposits or ask you for a copy of your bank statement to verify the debit card details. You'll likely see a red banner in Payments hub during this time telling you your payouts are on hold while they verify the new payout method.
Once everything is verified, when you have an available funds balance, you'll see a button on the summary page that says Request Payout and that *should* then give you the option of free on demand ACH in 1-3 days or within 30 mins to the debit card on file for a fee.
That being said, I have seen some people report occasional issues where the debit card is there, but it's greyed out and not able to be selected, but that is a different issue than it just not being there at all.
If you don't have the option at all and are not on the daily payout schedule, it may be that you haven't completed the sign up and verification process yet.
@12345jamesstamps - did you receive confirmation from eBay that the verification process was successful? If so, do you have the button that says "request payout" next to your available funds balance on the Payments summary page?
If you click that, it should give you that option for 1-3 days or within 30 mins. If you're not seeing that, let me know what you are seeing and I'll try to help.
