Did anyone else get this email (not in eBay messages) from eBay? 

Does it look legitimate to you?

You gotta look at the header data like another poster said.

 

Always look at the header data.

 

Since I don't know what mail service you use I'd suggest you Google how to see the header data for your mail service.
