ok, i have about had it.....quick run down... sold over 6000 items with 100 percent feedback. was gone from ebay a year or so (building a house) came back to sell on ebay and of corse policies changed "new managed payments" took effect. wanted me to update my info. got to the "verify phone number" part and ebay keeps putting up "phone number verification failed". "this is the same home phone i have used on ebay for over 10 years! i have called customer service a zillion times and just get a run around each and every time. week after week after week after week...going on month two. (two dam months to verify a phone number they have on file and even when i talked to each and every ebay customer service person "on that same dam phone" . i cannot get them to get me back up and running. trying to contact someone at ebay that speaks English is like asking to see a live Alien! WHY CAN I NOT GET EBAY TO HELP ME FIX THIS SIMPLE PROBLE????

And here it is. Wow. You are like the tenth person doing this today. Because you are unable to do a phone verification, you blame eBay? You admitted you answered the call once, and didn't have your laptop with you to type in the code (and didn't even write the code down to walk over to your laptop and put it in).... and you admit that you don't want to go to any other platforms for help, and you don't want to message or call the managed payments team. Nope... Are you just wanting someone to do everything for you, so you don't have to lift a finger to get your account back on active status? Maybe you should get your 12-year-old neighbor to come over and do it for you? J/S You don't have a cell phone, and apparently are a technophobe, why not get someone to help you do it. Pay them $10.00 to help you. If you are as great of a seller as you sound, I'll bet you'll see a return on that investment quickly! The thing you are stomping your feet about has a 10-minute solution. It's not so bad, just calm down, and try other things to get it accomplished.

katzrul15 if you go back and read my post, you will see where I mentioned that Facebook support merely referred my right back to Seller support right here on Ebay...

OP has been a consistent buyer but no indication of any recent selling...so perhaps gave up on that...

I SOLD A $2000 ITEM AND THEY HELD ONTO THE CASH IN THEIR ESCROW BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE A PICTURE OF MY LICENSE. ANOTHER NEW HASSLE. SO AFTER AN HOUR LEARNING HOW TO DO THAT THEY GOT MY PICTURE AND SAID IT WAS BLURRY SEND AGAIN I SAID F OFF. I HAVE 100% POSITIVE FFEDBACK ON OVER A THOUSAND DEALS. WHY THE NEW HASSLE. OTHER SITES (THAT ARE FREE) DONT REQUIRED ALL THIS CRAP. OH YA I ALSO LOVE THE 13% INTEREST THEY CHARGE FOR MY SHIPPING. WHAT A RIPP OFF.
