There is no need for sellers to send an invoice to the buyer as ebay does that automatically.
However, if the buyer purchased more than one item from you and you wish to send an invoice with a discount for combined shipping, you can do the following:
If the buyer has not paid, place all of the items in your shipping container and weigh it.
Go to my ebay > SOLD > More actions > Send invoice
All of the buyer's purchases should show up. Change the shipping cost, preview, send.
