As having been recently enrolled in the ebay international shipping program I checked one of my listings to see the new layout. I noticed there were several countries that stated I do not ship there. Since I did not select these perrsonally and ebay did on my behalf, I was wondering why? I realize Russia / Ukraine conflict as a reaon for those two but why the others and periodically will these countries change plus or minus?

eBay International Shipping doesn’t ship to every country in the world.  There’s a small core of countries that it won’t or can’t forward your items to.  And, yes, the exclusion list may change depending on the category your item is listed in, it’s size/weight, insurance requirements, etc.

There are several reasons why Ebay may not allow sellers to ship to certain countries for a period of time or permanently.  It could be because of War, extreme weather, earthquake, tsunami, etc.

Here are some Ebay policies that may help.  Also Ebay announces when temporary countries are added, so make sure you read all your emails that Ebay sends you.
