That's was We Expect In our account

But we received 24.52 it's lower then our Cost.

Have you looked at the Policy page for Seller Fees?  That is the perfect place to go.

When you are creating a listing and at the very end of the form, just above where you click to list the listing, there is a spot you can click on and find out what the FVFs would be if it sold at the price you created the listing for.

     You need to read and understand the fee's eBay charges and develop a cost model to help you price your items before you list them so you know what your approximate return/payout will be. The fee percentage is based on several factors one being what category it was listed in. For you example if the earrings were in the jewelry category the FVF's are 15%. EBay is going to take $4.79 + $.40, more if you are using promoted listings, so you are left with $26.75 before you pay for a shipping label and you offer free shipping out of India which no doubt varies depending on what country you are sending to. 

     Look at the order details for one of your sold items and it will give you a breakdown of the transaction amounts.
