Hello,
I'm trying to breakdown only the actual fees I'm charged from eBay via report. Either final value, listing, store subscription, etc. None of the reports seem to do that. What a joke this is. If I do a full transaction report, and the .10 cent listing fees are actually bundled in a column with fund transfers to my bank which is useless! Also get numerous meaningless columns. Same with payouts, I want a simple report showing just $ transfers to my bank, nothing else. I just want to know at the end of the year the total of fees it cost me to operate and the net $'s to my bank account. What is wrong with this company? They literally make nothing easy or even comprehensible. Any sensible help would be inviting.
Thanks everyone

Financial Statements have it all summed up for you on a monthly bases. It is under other fees .

EBAY has "brand new" report which shows everything you need for tax time (one-page and simple to understand).
Go to PAYMENTS, REPORTS (on left-side of page...click Reports NEW). New Report shows year-to-date (gross sales, refunds, EBAY fees, shipping costs YOU paid). That is everything you need for tax time. Of course, you still need to keep track of other expenses (cost of goods, mileage, packing materials, office supplies, home office deduction).

On the PAYMENTS page; on drop down click 'REPORTS' and then across the top- click 'TAX INVOICES':
that tells you, in 1 simple page, the FEES that were charged for the month (Fees, Store Subscriptions etc.)
Why they call it a 'TAX' invoice, beats me.

There are numerous financial reports on the ebay platform. Just find the most suitable report & cater the excel columns for what you need. I'm assuming you're reporting all the ebay fees as a deduction in your annual reporting.
Good luck!

Seriously, It does not get much simpler than this.........
there's a few things to be annoyed with ebay about
but giving you 'numbers' is not one of them...they go way overboard with the amount of transactional information is available...much of it worthless

Thanks, that would be wonderful but I don't have that "New" link on mine when i Go to PAYMENTS, REPORTS (on left-side of page...click Reports NEW).. When did that show up?

Thanks,
So I assume there's no detailed year-end report with a breakdown of those figures?

Thanks but that's the problem, there isn't one!

Thanks,
I went to the link you sent and that seems to be the report I'm looking for. Could you please give me the steps of where to click to actually get that link from my reports page? I can't seem to find it.
Thank you!

Go to Seller hub and click on the Payments tab........then look on the left.........Reports (new)......which will give you financial reports.........if you click on the down load........it will show you a line by line report.....
You can adjust the time period to show what you want........custom will give you a yr......maybe more.

Don't have that "New" link option on mine

Yes thank you, I understand about all the other expenses associated with selling, but the eBay fees are what I want specifically on one report. I've gotten responses by other members regarding the "Reports-New" link for this report but it is not on any of my page links to reports anywhere! So frustrating

maybe if you try going
Overview ----> Payments ----> Taxes (from the left column)?
it might show up as an option from that page left column
if not, maybe it has not yet been added to your pages...sometimes they roll this new stuff out over a week or two.....

The definitive report you should use is a Transaction Report, The download is in a .csv format which you can modify in Excel (or other spreadsheet program) to show whatever type of information you need.
The report details every sale or refund including the amounts of fees charged or refunded, you can run the report for a full year.
You can use the Quick Filters and also customize the specific information you need to be included in the report.
