Why as a new person to eBay would I be banned from selling when I only listed shoes and took very good pictures only for them to say I am suspended and was final decision.

What reason did eBay give for the suspension?

What shoes? Designer shoes? If so, and they were expensive brand name shoes then probably for suspicion of being counterfeit or stolen. You had to show the receipts for the shoes and any proof they were not counterfeit or stolen.
As we keep saying here on the forum, as a new seller, avoid expensive items. Start with cheap stuff, establish yourself before you get to the expensive stuff. For your own protection and that of the buyers.

1. Did you successfully register your account with eBay and sign up for their Managed Payments where money from sales is sent to your bank account? This involves giving them you SSN and banking information.
2. Did you at anytime use a public hot spot (WiFi) with your mobile device?
3. Did you at any time use a friend's or other family member's WiFi system to connect to the internet using your mobile device?
4. Did anyone ever access their eBay account on your mobile device?
5. Did you ever access your eBay account one someone else's computer / laptop?
While I am not saying this happened, there are a number of ways accounts can become "associated" through internet connections and that can lead to accounts to being temporarily or permanently suspended.

The message refers to a "pattern of activities" they've witnessed......
How long was your listing active? Was it an auction or fixed price listing? Did you get any messages or questions asking for your email address? Did any potential buyers tell you they couldn't use paypal to send payment but if you sent your info or texted, they could pay you?
