Go to Seller Hub, Monthly Limits (click on Request to List More) and hopefully EBAY will increase your selling limits.

You need to prove to eBay that you are a responsible and honest seller, as you make more sales you will be able to ask for an increase.
You need to start slow and small, like all new business ventures.

Because you are new seller, ebay put a listing limits on your account.
and every month ebay evaluating your selling performance on your first 90 days since you start selling.
I think ebay (automatically) will increase your limit soon.
Right now i recommend you to spend your all limit to make an impression for ebay that you need to increase your listings limit.

Gee whiz,,,your OWN reply is not supposed to be marked by you as a solution.
The repy that answers your question the best is the one you mark as the solution.
If you would like to request an increase read this article. It will tell you how to request an increase.

Just go to the seller hub & then look for the selling limits link. Request an increase in your limits & see how ebay responds. Hopefully, you have been selling on ebay for a while to proove selling trust in the eyes of ebay. If you're a new seller, then they more than likely will not raise your monthly selling limits. Give it some time!
Good luck!
