I sold a Samsung tablet s9 fe+ back in feb and thought nothing of it I later got a message from the buyer stating he wasn’t happy because it didn’t have ai features and never once did I list or say it had said features, I also have a no returns or exchanges policy on my eBay some how they still shipped and charged me for a return I never accepted and never backed me up or anything the buyer abused the policy and left me hanging with a 300$ debt which I won’t be paying

The buyer had 30 days after receipt to open an item not as described case. Is that what he did?
BTW, if you plan to remain as an eBay seller, you really need to get acquainted with the Money Back Guarantee. All a buyer has to do is open an NAD case, and your options are: Send him a prepaid return label and refund upon receipt or refund without requiring a return.
Your "No Returns" policy has no standing in face of the MBG. Example: Let's say I sold you a thingamajig. When you received it, you discovered it was not as described. You opened a case. My response was "Ha, Ha -- I said "No Returns", so you're stuck with it" Would that seem right to you as a buyer?

LOL....you will be paying the $300 or it gets turned over to a collections agency and it'll cost you more than $300 in the end.

No they lied and put missing pieces or parts and I get the money back thing but there has to be some accountability for those who don’t want use the return policy for their personal gain that’s like buying a car as is , that’s says has a bad transmission but you want your money back cause why not lol

If they used a buyer's remorse reason for wanting a return you could have denied the return.
If they said it wasn't as described then you must refund or accept the return and provide a return label and refund within 2 days of getting it back. If you don't eBay will do it for you and give you a defect because you didn't resolve it.

Are you saying the buyer sent the item back with missing parts?

Did you appear the decision? You only have 30 days to do so.
That aside ...
Every transaction on eBay carries the risk of fraud. And if the buyer files a "Not As Described" dispute, it is no longer a "return" and eBay decides whether you are responsible, not you.

Just lost the appeal despite eBay acknowledging and saying the buyer was in the wrong and even said he was happy abusing the return policy I have recordings , but they still felt I was able to make profit on item that I already took a loss on the market for said item has came down by 50% in the resale market

Ebay takes Credit Cards and therefore you take returns.
CC companies require those who take Credit Cards to accept returns if the customer has a complaint.

Things I wish I knew before using eBay I always saw the stories of people going through it never thought it be me lesson learned

You failed yourself.
You failed to learn how the Ebay Money Back Guarantee works, and how you must respond to Item Not As Described claims.
You run the risk of having your account turned over to collection, and any possible effects on your credit rating.

If you don't pay them back, they'll take it out of your checking account.

Sometimes when buyers see a seller's no return policy, they think they need a reason to return it. So they lie and choose one of the NAD (not as described) reasons.
And if they do lie, you're on the hook.
