I listed an 8" Long diamond bracelet with three agate stones for $99.95 that did not sell. This is one reason why I more often than not sell valuables at a local estate auction. The other one is that USPS shipping has gotten pretty expensive.
Here's another example. I listed a collectible $1 coin that typically sells for $2.79. A cheapskate moron offered me $1. I would have to pay `$3.50 for shipping as well 8).
eBay is a good place to buy stuff cheap but a bad place to sell.

Kneejerk reaction... don't use OBO for a $1 item.

And you said in the listing that you didnt know if the bracelet was gold or gold plated? Not surprised it didnt sell.

Just looked at your items for sale.
Your listing for that $1 Bil (sic) seems misleading. It looks as though you’re selling 2000 of them.
Many buyers don’t bother to read descriptions.
You should rewrite your title to say “Crisp Uncirculated $1.00 Bill Series 2017”
How do you know it’s uncirculated?

You listed something that didn't sell? How is that even possible?

It could be your feedback that would prevent people from buying from you.

You probably don't really want advice, but here's some anyhow. It's awfully hard to sell a diamond bracelet when:
- There is no reference at all to the big four Cs for diamonds -- cut, clarity, color, carat weight.
- You can't say whether it is gold or gold-plated.
- There is just one photo, and a rather poor one at that.
And those negs aren't helping.

On your $1 dollar bill-you should show a picture of the reverse side. Also, you say it's from the year 2000 but it is clearly marked series 2017.

I would not pay almost $100 for an unmarked "gold" bracelet, when you state in the description that you don't even know if it is gold or gold-plated. The item specifics say that it is 14K gold, so that is inconsistent with your description. How can someone believe your statement "I guarantee they are real diamonds" when you don't even know what the metal is, or that all fine metal has to be marked with the purity whether it is solid gold or gold plated?
I wouldn't pay almost $100 for a 14K gold bracelet with such tiny diamonds as that one had, even if it had an appraisal with it. They used to call those "chips". There is a single picture, and you can't enlarge it enough to see the stones, setting or clasp in detail.
You need to provide good, accurate descriptions, and you need to know what you are selling, in order to have a chance to succeed at selling online.

Learn to completely ignore lowball offers. Do not even respond. Don't waste your fingertips typing a response. Don't give your BP a chance to rise.
When you list cheap items, remove the best offer OR add a dollar and make the best offer a dollar less.

The public sees eBay as a huge yard sale no matter how the marketers try to spin it, so you're gonna get people offering yard sale prices. Shrug it off - it's nothing personal (even if annoying).

Perhaps those "cheapskates" read the FB you have received?
Plus, aside from the fact that USPS shipping has gotten pretty expensive, so has just regular everyday living. Maybe us cheapskates are saving our money for house or car payment, groceries, utilities etc -- you know, things we really need.

Also, it's summer.

Summer starts June 21, and it was 31 degrees here this morning.

OK, summer officially starts in 34 days, but even here where it has been 35-42 and raining for the last 400elebenty days, people are starting to take off and has been summer season for clothing for the last month.
