eBay needs an application process for wanting to do box breaks. I’ve been told as of now they just send random emails to people. I see brand new accounts that are able to do box breaks.

Since chance listings are not allowed, I'm surprised they allow those bow breaks.

Yes, eBay does allow pre-approved sellers to do box breaks ... BUT ...
only if the buyer receives the complete box. So that isn't really a box break, as the card collecting community defines it.
Basically, even pre-approved sellers are not allowed to do a box break as such, because they have to follow eBay's definition of "box break" which is not a box break at all.

They turn a blind eye to mystery boxes of costume jewelry too. -The sellers use photos of piles of jewelry in the listings but it's not the same jewelry that will come in the box, just allegedly "representative" (judging by a lot of the feedbacks, it's totally NOT representative, LOL).
It's a really stupid, sneaky and lazy way of doing things, so I'm not the slightest bit "jealous" of them for getting away with it; I just hate how much search results page space they take up. ESPECIALLY since some of them have an absurd number of duplicate listings, which is also against policy.
