Recently, eBay has started adding Best Offer to my listings. If i wanted to add best offer, i would have added it to my listing when i listed it. Now, customers get aggravated when i decline their offers but my listing price is based on the lowest price i feel comfortable selling item. if i accidently turned on a preference then please tell my how to shut it off. thanks

It appears ebay is adding the Best Offer option to fixed priced listings and auto relist if you are using the Quick Listing Tool.
To remove that option, go to My ebay > Sell > Active > More actions > Revise
You will now have to switch to the advanced listing form with more choices. That option is in the upper right corner. Once you switch, you will be able to scroll down and uncheck the Best Offer option and auto relist.

My ebay > Selling > Listings > Active > (More actions (that's the down-arrow) > Revise)
Hi, I'm getting as far as active and nowhere do I have the option for more actions etc. Is this something only available if you have an ebay store? I currently don't but ebay has been adding the best offer to some of my listings. I actually asked ebay about this and they claim its to help sell your listings and that they will add my concern to a forum. (Not very helpful at all). My concern is I don't do this full time to be able to watch everytime they change things. Any help would be much appreciated!

What happens when you click
My ebay > Selling
That should take you to Seller Hub, where you then click on Listings then click on Active.

Let's try that again.
If using Seller Hub,
My ebay > Selling > Listings > Active > Edit
I already use the Advanced listing form, so look in upper right corner and see if you can switch to the Advanced listing form with more options.

I just ask what is their zip code and remind them that free shipping for them is not free shipping for us. If I still make a profit then I give them their offer or I give them a counter offer that is still fair for me. But some of the offers people are asking is 50% of the item price and they still want the free shipping. If I were to accept some of their offers it would be like me buying if for them and then my paying the postage to send it to them
I have gotten things for .99 cents and the item was free shipping from California. I just couldn't figure how they were making any money, it actually looked as if they were spending money to send the item even if they had originally bought if for a penny.
