Hello,
I previously asked this question in Mentor Format and got one reply. However, I would like more replies to get a better cross-section of opinions. No disrespect to the mentor, of course.
Ebay has been sending messages about three times a week telling me my listings will be enhanced on the search engines if I was to offer Free 30 Day Returns.
My store has about 500 pre-owned jewelry items and I cannot offer free returns across the board. There is just not enough in them to sustain that. (www.ebay.com/str/britmarkboutique)
So my question is: if I was to offer free 30 day returns on select individual items, would those items get better search engine rankings on their own - even if it wasn't offered on all items. Or do eBay want to see the whole lot of my listings selected for free 30 day returns.
As I said, I have nearly 500 listings and haven't had hardly a sale or question or offer in nearly 4 weeks. It's as if ebay are not showing them to anyone at all.
I'd appreciate all opinions and input please.

I have been offering free 30 day returns since April of 2021. I have had 1 return.
It's more of a security feeling for the buyer. It does not mean that you will have increased returns.
Of course, I speak for my own products. I don't know how jewelry buyers behave.
