eBay Refurbished Program - LATE DELIVERY DEFECT

So there are 4 transactions that were marked as "LATE DELIVERY"

 

The "supervisor" I spoke to said that these happened when we shipped the packages out of the stated handling time. These orders were shipped and scanned on time, or else we would also get a late shipment defect, which clears that reasoning.

Can someone please make sense as to why there is a defect on something that we are not in control of?

Go to your PO  and request  a internal  system tracking scan  and photo shot scan of your package's   it will  have more details  then usps online  or  what ebay  get's  .  also   ask for  the district consumer affairs  phone number not the 1 800 .

I think it might have to do with the buyers...where buyers can actually grade as to service...thus marking it late delivery.

It's not your fault...shipping was slow...buy buyers don't know that.

Go into feedbacks...'shipping speed'.

Buyers can give you low marks for quick delivery.
