eBay Global Shipping - Exclude Single Listing

I have been automatically enrolled in the new eBay Global Shipping Program.

How do I exclude a single listing from this so it will only ship to the US?

The listing is for approved medical supplies that I do not want to ship Internationally

-I use the Seller Hub

-I have Business Policies created for Shipping

-I don't think it matters, but all of my Business Shipping Policies exclude International Shipping

Thank you for your help!

Global Shipping Program was discontinued. To avoid confusion, it's best to use the name of the current program: eBay International Shipping aka EIS

Unfortunately EIS cannot be turned on/off at the listing or business policy level like the old GSP program could. That, along with the lack of combined shipping, are the 2 biggest flaws I think eBay needs to address.

In the meantime, what you can do is go into that biz policy and go to shipping exclusions, checking off every single international destination. When you block shipping to all those countries, any listings tied to that policy can't be purchased through EIS.

To clarify: not offering international shipping is not going to do the trick. That just means you're not offering direct shipping through USPS or otherwise and EIS will take precedence. What I'm saying is you have to go into the exclusions list and check off all countries, effectively blocking them.

So if you have a bunch of listings tied to the same policy but want to exclude only one listing: create a copy of the policy, apply the exclusions and save. Then apply that policy to the listing you want to exclude.

@wastingtime101

A much more concise answer than the three attempts I made (and deleted) to explain the same thing!

For an individual listing, click on "edit." Under shipping you will see, "see shipping options" to the left. Click on that and at the very bottom you will see "Excluded Locations." Turn that on.

Then ~ under Shipping rates, on your listing, you will see a box that says "Excluded Locations." You pick and choose the countries that you don't ship to under that.

Then save your changes.

     I don't purchase my labels through eBay and I seldom ship international directly but on occasion I do and I use Pirate Ship's simple export rate.
