eBay Final Value Fees

So I've been a basic subscription store for a few months & up until recently I have received 9% charge on Final Value fees. Recently I've noticed fluctuation with my final value fees, some are hovering above 9% & some are below. All of my items are under the same category -  Sporting Goods - Outdoor Sports - Airsoft.

For example an item I sell is $17.95 & previously was consistently charged $1.62 final value fees, but recently it has increased to $1.64. I'm finding similar patterns with other items as well. Was there a final value fee price increase? If so why aren't all my items increased?

Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences & if so what is the reasoning behind this.

The fees went up .15% in almost all categories for store owners.  It went into effect May 1

It was announced in the Spring Seller Update back in February.

You really should read those.  Policy changes and updates happen.

Increase starting May 1st to some FVF , Did it increase prior to May 1st?
And if all in the same category was it because some of the FVF was for April at the lower rate?
