I am an eBay Cheerleader. eBay is my first choice venue. I hunt garage sales very hard. Now and then I find an eBay item. Ordinary stuff goes to local shops and helps pay for gas. eBay has been very good to me. Could never have sold a sauce pan for $200+ locally.

Oh Yes. It does happen and when it does it helps a lot of struggling folks. Glad this works for you and many others.

@strugglinlikeyou I'm also an eBay cheerleader. Only on eBay could I sell a paper napkin with a coffee stain on it but coming from Club 33 to a long time Disney fan who never had the opportunity to visit. Only on eBay could I sell a set of ordinary cocktail picks that were purchased at Zsa Zsa Gabor's estate sale with a photo of her husband selling them to me and get the price I received from a long time fan of hers living across the country. I enjoy making people happy who live so far away from access to simple items they cherish...

Thank you all for your kind replies. Wanted to put some positivity into the mix. Reselling is a tough job but I love it! I feel for those who are discouraged.

Great Post!
I also have been know to be a Ebay cheerleader especially on the buying side. I have found some extraordinary items that i would not of been able to purchase without a site like Ebay. I am still surprised what i find some days.

99% of people who shop on eBay are good people. Never let that 1% get you down!
For all the tech mistakes and communications snafus, eBay still does a good job.
