draft listing will not load

When I click resume editing page will not load. this had been 3 days now. Cannot list any items. Even when I click sell similar on a item either mine or another listing. Page will not load. Cannot list anything!!!!

Please help. Seems things just keep getting worse on Ebay instead of improving.

try creating a listing from scratch.

I've having the same problem starting a few hours ago.  Can't edit, relist, or anything.

Here's how I'm getting around this glitch until they fix it.

Click up more than one item... the one you want to work on and another.

The multi-item grid should come up.

Make what ever changes you want on the desired item.

Remove the "extra" dummy item.

Hit "SUBMIT" button.

I hope this helps.  It takes just a few seconds longer.. but it works for me.

The creat listing button does not work,  click it and nothing happens. The question mark doesnt work but the comments does work.

I usually get this type of issue on the app and just switch to desktop until it gets fixed

Hey @reallynicestamps! It looks like there is a reported sitewide issue for sellers not being able to load or access their drafts. I will have the Tech board updated here shortly and if sellers are running into this I recommend to reach out to customer support. Just let them know that you are experiencing ALERT14786 and they will have you account added to the ticket.
