I am confused by your question - you donated an item and it sold ?
If you mean you are going to ship it without payment??? because you want them to have it for free (as a donation) then I would note the name and address and post it to them from your Post Office, and then cancel the sale as buyer requested

I see that you sold an item that was 100% donated to charity yesterday.
At this point, you need to wait until the buyer pays for it, and then ship it. All of the payout will be deposited to your bank account, like all of your other payouts. The PayPal for Giving Fund will either collect the money or bill you for it within a few weeks, so you should expect that is going to happen.

It seems like the OP is saying he sold an item with the funds received to go to St. Jude.

The seller handles it the same as any other sale, the buyers pays you ship.
the only difference is how and were the money is distributed after the sale.

Shouldn't you ask them?
