I admittedly missed something on a doll. there was a tiny crack on her shoulder that was under her swimsuit. she was returned and I refunded in full the same day.
However, today, i received a pretty horrible feedback basically saying I tried to deceive the buyer and knew I was selling defective items (not true) and the arm was falling off (not true) and they don't trust this seller and something about me is off
and that they had to go to ebay to get a refund (not true).
a real character assassination.
I have (had) 334 in 12 mos 100% glowing feedback before this.
any recourse?
