Since buyer IDs are masked, there is no way another member can communicate with your buyer. Therefore, it sounds like your buyer is trying to sell the item to another person? Since the item was only sold September 26, how is it the buyer has already received the item since you are located in Canada?

I don't know sports cards (I loath sports), but isn't $6800 a bit ridicules for a sport card? I know that $75 s/h is.
Anyway, I would just cancel the sale and block the bidder, reason just ask that eBay read the messages sent to you.

File the unpaid item case.

You really need to write in complete sentences if people are going to understand you. (Also 'slander' is verbal and 'libel' is written - plus its 'defamation of character' and not 'deformation' - but skip the legal terms and focus on the problem.) It sounds like you had some kind of problem involving Paypal but its not clear what that was. Was the buyer trying to pay by some other method? All you need is an Okay to ship indication from Paypal and then you ship to the address received with the payment. If its more than $750 (at least in the US) then you have to ship with Signature confirmation. Actually it doesnt sound like your buyer is going to pay. If thats true then be sure to file the Unpaid item dispute and close it out after 4 days so that you can get your Final value fees credited.

If the buyer did not pay, you file an Unpaid Item Dispute and close it as soon as you are able. As for everything else you wrote, there is nothing you can do.
Now, with that said ... IMHO as a new seller you need to fully understand the reality of selling on eBay.
Here's a hypothetical:
1) You sell your Gretzky rookie card for $6800
2) You ship however you think you will get the most protection
3) The buyer files a "Not as Described" dispute
4) The buyer returns a 1999 NBA Hoops Joe Klein basketball card
5) eBay finds in favor of the buyer, and you are forced to refund $6800
On eBay, there is no effective protection against fraud.
Any buyer can steal any item from any seller at any time by using a fraudulent "Not As Described" dispute and returning a different item. And if they do ... eBay will not help you, PayPal will not help you, and your police will not help you.

IMO Beckett would never give that card a 9 or better. It has edge wear and it is not centered. I would be careful trying to grade cards on your own. Also for a $6K card you should have had it graded yourself. You really never explained the problem the buyer is having with the purchase. You would have to be more specific as to what the buyer is saying for someone to be able to help you better.

So who do seller's turn to ? I think Super Chicken retired . You know the saying '' Necessity is the mother of invention '' ? Looks like there might be room for a new victims advocacy group . Tulips

That's one of the things I hate about it. If it makes them so mad they have to scream at the TV then why in the heck are they watching it?
Luckily Hubby was addicted to fishing and fishing shows, my sport was endurance racing. Neither involved any screaming or cussing. (well maybe just that once when I barked my knee on a tree, but I guess that's what you get for riding a one eyed horse)

Very sorry for your troubles. If you could clarify some things, it would help us better help you.
"...after such a positive experience with him he then began to communicate with a buyer who didn't bid the entire time and slandered me along with deformation of character swearing and calling me scammer, when i had to confirm payday and a bank account snd they they all started to communicate and now the buyer refuses to pay for the item and he is now calling me names and posting things to decently hurt now any further auctions,so i am asking does anyone know what i should do?"
As another poster pointed out, only you can see the user names of your bidders, so there is no way for customers to contact each other during an auction. Bidders' user names are private and anonymous to everyone but the seller. Where are the bidders posting hurtful things about you? Why are they denigrating you?
There is no way to force a buyer to pay. If they refuse to remit after winning the auction, you have to open a Unpaid Item Dispute when 48 hours are passed since the close of auction. This is how you get your Final Value Fees reimbursed, since eBay automatically assesses their fees at the end of the auction, even if the buyer doesn't pay. Here is a link on how to open the dispute: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/payment-policies/unpaid-item-policy?id=4271
You might still be able to sell your item. I see you had 9 bidders on the Gretzky sports card. After you close the Unpaid Item Dispute, if the buyer doesn't pay, you can offer the next highest bidder the card as a Second Chance Offer. Here is a link on how to do that: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/selling-auctions/making-second-chance-offers?id=4142
A word about your eBay activity: Start small when learning the Ebay ropes. Right now you are risking high dollar items while you are still learning how to use the platform. Like another poster warned, it is easy to get scammed out of expensive things on eBay. You need to read the policies on the eBay Money Back Guarantee and the PayPal Buyer Protection program.
There are a lot of rules here, and you are at an extreme disadvantage if you don't know them. For example, like another poster said, any item that sells for more than $750 must be shipped with signature confirmation. Without it, a fraudulent buyer can claim Item Not Received and you would lose both your funds and your item.
So while you are learning how to use eBay, I strongly recommend you list less expensive items to lower the risk of selling online. Right now you could be setting yourself up to fail by attracting potential scammers to your listings. You even mentioned in your listing description for the Gretzky card that you didn't know how to upload the photos. This reveals you are a beginner with limited professionalism. It won't inspire customer confidence and suggests you don't yet know what you are doing. You might build up some feedback by buying some staples on eBay so it appears you have some history of transactions. It's just that a zero feedback seller with very expensive items whose account was opened a few days before could be a scammer magnet. So learn how to use eBay first, sell pricey items later. Much later. Good luck to you. Come back to the boards with any questions or concerns.
