creating variations

I can't figure out how to create a variation listing in toys....does the toys category not allow for variations?  I've gone through the SYI form numerous times and I can NOT for the life of me find the variations creation link....

Don't recall this being all that difficult last time i did this....

I don't know what to tell you.  It should work.

Within the Toys main category, some subcategories offer the variations format and others do not. If you use the Advanced listing form (AKA business tool) to set up a fixed price listing in a subcategory that offers it, the option to use variations appears right under the option to add a second category.
