first one i want to address is a pair of yeezys sold without box. they didnt pass inspections, i bought those shoes used so i cant say yeah or nay. its whatever
2. is i posted some lifecell face creams and they've been flagged as counterfeits. who can my item be deemed counterfeit without knowing proving them to be such. i feel its just someone tht doesnt want me to sell the items. i check all over the web and i havent seen any news of any fake lifecell products ever been reported in the market. so there's not even a possibility of me having fake lifecell because theres no such thing. i would understand if my item was inspected by experts than i might believe but how do you claim my item counterfeit by sight?

Relisting in defiance of ebay's decision is unwise as best. As has been noted, that's a sure way to get the boot. Once you've popped up on ebay's radar, whether right, wrong, or indifferent, you'll be scrutinized constantly. If they decide you're done selling, you're done selling.

But you still have Lifecell Purifying Mask listed?

That is not a valid proof of your hypothesis.

EBAY uses "bots" to flag counterfeit items. Only time real people examine items is after it is sold and goes to inspection by authenticator expert.
Now that you are on radar of EBAY "bots" for counterfeit items (even if EBAY bots flagged your item "in error") it is very important that you do not relist that item. There is a good chance that EBAY might terminate your account. If that happens...there is no coming back from that.
EBAY is not perfect, but they make the rules and us sellers have to life by them. You might consider selling the Lifecell Mask on a different platform that is not so strict.

Some companies regularly roll through and claim that various items of their brand are counterfeit. There is no way to fight that, just sell the items on a different website than ebay.
Counterfeits of an item need not actually exist for the brand to make that claim.

This, I used to have it happen all the time. Moncler would go through and basically make false claims of counterfeit regularly.
There was also some unfortunate dealings with a family that owns the rights to a certain dead painter that would flag anything with their name, logo, etc…

I recently had the same thing happen to me- not only was it flagged on eBay but another platform flagged it as well. The notification I received from the other platform stated I could appeal with proof of authenticity but by doing so once submitted to LifeCell they can then file suit against me. The item I listed was actually a gift that was given to me and I was assured it is authentic. Unfortunately, the person who gave it to me for my birthday no longer has the receipt. Oh well, just another brand that doesn’t want you reselling their products so just add it to your list of items to avoid- Live and learn I guess. (I don’t plan to fight it, it’s really not worth the legal hassle in my book just to make a couple of bucks)
