A customer purchased an item from me and after a few days message me that he had received a message that I don't ship to his location (he sent a screen shot)..My page shows item awaiting payment, I've double checked my dashboard, and nothing has changed. I can't give him an answer as to why he's getting that message...and now the sale is gone any ideas why he got that message?

We need to know the item and especially the location to answer your question. What do you mean the sale is gone? You mean the transaction completely disappeared or was the transaction canceled?

You didn't choose a shipping service and shipping price in your listings. (That's why it shows as "shipping not specified.") So any buyer who wants to purchase from you gets an error message.

If the buyer has not paid (as he probably couldn't) why not cancel and then start all over the correct way: you specify shipping and he pays for the item and you ship?
