change quantity

I've seen this come up a lot. Don't know if there's a different ebay for big sellers or what, but I'm just a normal person with two of a thing to sell. There is no way to change quantity. I go to my selling page, I click on the item, I click "revise listing". There is simply no place to change quantity. I Ctrl-F "quantity" and nothing comes up.

If you sent offers you wouldn't be able to revise anything in that listing. 
Otherwise in desktop under Active listings page find the item click on the box under Available quantity and change the quantity as shown in the image below.
