cannot send an invoice

Once it's sold and paid for, you can't send an invoice.

Not seeing an item with the number you provided.  Can you double check?

Why are you sending an invoice? Buyer buys, Buyer Pays (or don't; then you send them a message (or not) or cancel for reason of non payment on day 5.

For some reason, if it's listed under Ebay Motors, you can't send an invoice.

Sellers have posted about this the last few years.

A buyer buys an item. Then they decide they want to buy a few more, they need to look thru my inventory, Within a few hours they buy a few more. They message me they are finished and want me send them a combined invoice. If there is no ebay glitch, I send a combined invoice.

     When you did the search on the item number did you remember to click the sold box?

You don't need to send an invoice on a single purchase.  Ebay automatically sends and invoice on every purchase made on the site, so your buyer has an invoice.

@martin2001 Did the buyer already pay for the 'sold' item? If so, you cannot 'invoice' them. 

If it is a glitch; just tell them you will 'invoice' the 'other' items' and when you do, you can 'combine' the shipping then and will include the 'other thing they paid for'.
