Why was the item canceled? Who canceled the item? What was the item?

Was it an auction that had bids and it was going to end at a low price? If yes, have you done this at least once in the last year? Then the charge is correct. Ebay does NOT want you to end listings once they have bids. They give you one freebie. After that, you get charged fees. Ebay thinks that you ended the listing and sold it to someone off ebay to avoid fees. Because so many people were doing that to avoid fees, now ebay charges a final value fee when a seller does that the 2nd time in a year. Do research and figure out the price of your item (ballpark figure) and then start your auction at the price.
