buy it now button missing

why is the buy it now button missing on my fixed price listing with quantity of 1 available? Any ideas?

I see an "Out of stock" message at the top of the listing. Are you sure it hasn't Sold?

Strange that it shows up under his listings but when you click on it it says out of stock. Seems like a weird bug?

This is interesting.  I found an item yesterday that I was thinking about.  It was newly listed and I put it in My Watch.  I went to look for it today, and it was nowhere to be found.  Not in My Watch, not in completed or solds, not in search.  Not in recently viewed.  I finally found it by checking my history.  

When I clicked on the listing, it said this item is out of stock.  

Since the seller just listed it yesterday, and I know that this item is being sold at a certain store as I got the sales paper from there this week, it doesn't seem that this item would be out of stock.  Of course the seller could have decided to keep the item, but that would probably be this item is no longer available, unless they don't want to risk an FVF on something that did not sell.

So I wonder, is this a glitch?

If the Buy it Now button were missing from all FP listings, and only the Add to Cart option were there, we could avoid refunding overpayments on shipping from folks who buy several items that have shipping added, and risking defects for doing the right thing.
